From a young age, I saw what happens in life when you don’t know how to cope with life’s struggles – from addiction and alcoholism to mental health. I was left with no role models or direction having lost my mum and grandma, and felt lonely. I knew I had a choice – learn how to cope, or fall victim to life’s struggles. I set out to learn. I now harness my own life experience, over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and 5+ years of holistic health coaching and yoga teaching experience, to teach others how to cope better in their lives. I believe we can all learn to cope with life’s struggles, if we want to. And I’m so privileged to now help others cope with life’s struggles, through relatable, down to earth retreats and online yoga - for those who are ready to feel better.
